Each figure is approximately 8cm tall, with slight variations depending on the design. For example, pets will be smaller.

Each figure comes in its own blind box packaging, with a character card in each box— perfect for gifting or unboxing. If you order multiple figures, each one is boxed individually. Orders with six or more blind boxes being sent together will come with a tray that matches the design of the boxes.

Yes! Once we have made the design drawings, we will send them to you to confirm the designs. Please note that after you've confirmed the designs, no more changes can be made.

Due to each toy being handmade by our artists per design, each figure takes up to 4- 5 weeks to create + shipping time. Complex orders may take longer. For a fee, we do offer a priority process, we can handle orders in one week through this method.

You’ll have 24 hours after placing your order to request changes. After that, the process begins and we can’t guarantee edits.

Because each figure is custom-made just for you, we can’t offer refunds or returns based on change of mind or style preferences. Every piece is handcrafted and unique — that’s part of the magic.

If your figure arrives damaged, defective, or clearly incorrect (e.g., wrong person, missing key features), email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. We may remake your figure or offer a partial/full refund depending on the issue.
